Today’s job training system was designed for entry-level jobs to be a springboard for clients to “work their way up the ladder”.

As ladders have disappeared, so has career advancement.

A New Approach To Career Mobility

First product: Alumni Engagement & Tracking App

Our mobile app incentivizes job training alumni to stay engaged. Agency partners can create customized activities, surveys, announcements, etc. Alumni earn points for each completed activity – which can be redeemed for gift cards.

You know all those hours you spend tracking down clients to collect employment outcomes data?

Customizable surveys gather that information for you – directly from alumni to your existing client tracking systems (e.g., Salesforce).

We’re currently designing a coaching platform which will allow alumni to receive personalized coaching – both human and AI. It will add career planning to the mobile app and develop a Salesforce-compatible coach portal for coaches

By building AI into Springboardnext from its outset, data analysis and coaching effectiveness and scalability are ensured.

SpringboardNext is a 501(c)(3) launched in July 2024. With support from Tipping Point Community and a generous group of individual donors, advisors and partner agencies, we built our first product and are designing the matching coaching platform.

Our founder and CEO, Elliott Brown, is an award-winning entrepreneur and Ashoka Fellow with a long history of developing innovative, effective career mobility solutions for people in low-income communities.
